![]() Ninemsn, a joint venture between Publishing & Broadcasting Limited and Microsoft, focuses on the business-to-consumer online market, but Harrington's new venture is a pure business-to-business play. He helped set up ninemsn before leaving in May last year. Peakhour is the brainchild of David Harrington, a former ninemsn and Microsoft executive. As one of the first of its kind in Australia, the company has a tight schedule: it will be launched this week, raise another $20 million or more by June, list within 12 months, and then take the business overseas. If business-to-business commerce over the Internet is the next great story of the stockmarket, Peakhour could be the poster child.
